No reason ban!
Today i just tried to log in my Guild Wars account and i just saw it was BANNED!
I have no idea how did it happen because my last log in was a month ago, but today i got the message saying i got banned. I??ve already an open ticket here with NcSoft support but no answer so far, also i??m sure i haven??t used ANY kind of cheat, exploit etc. Also i didn??t share my account with anyone but me. I??ve bought the game through Steam and my i cannot log in NcSoft website because it says my "master" account got perma ban. Guys, WHY??? WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?! Someone help me please, what else can i do to get my account back? Thanks in advance. |

1) We can't help you. Only support can.
2) Your account may have been hacked and used for illegal purposes. It may also have been related to other accounts that have been used for illegal purposes (botting, exploiting, etc). You won't know until Anet gets back to you. All you can do now is wait for a response.

Well, these threads have popped up quite a bit now I think...
Anyways, the answers will always be the same. If you don't know, we don't know. If you contacted support, then you should really wait for their answer before posting. On the same token, posting on a fan site such as gwg probably won't help generate an answer or an unblock for you anytime sooner than through support. |

cant help you.. maybe post on gaile's wall tho? i havent done so myself but ive heard it speeds up the process.. and if what ur claiming is true it should help

Anet won't tell you what you use or anything all they can tell you that you used a 3rd Party Program or Something that was not allowed in the EULA. Believe me i have tried.
All i asked them to tell me is what did i use? They cannot give me a answer for that. P.S They won't ban master accounts, i got hit by the ban but Master Account is still there. |

As this is a fansite with no direct control/input of/into Anet we will be unable to help you in regards to this. The only advice we can give is to lodge a ticket with Guild Wars Support and take the matter up with them.
